1. Dispatch Timelines

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so you can begin using your new Gold Number immediately.

  • Standard Dispatch: All Pay-As-You-Go SIM cards are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment.
  • Target Dispatch: In most cases, orders are dispatched within 12 hours on a working day.
  • Weekend Orders: Please note that we are unable to post on Sundays. Orders placed after 1000 hrs on Saturday or on Sunday will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday.

2. Delivery Methods (UK Orders)

To ensure the secure delivery of your valuable number, all SIM cards are sent using a trackable service.

3. International Delivery

  • All international orders are sent via Tracked Delivery to ensure the safe and confirmed arrival of your new number asset.

4. Security & Activation

  • SIM Lock for Security: For your security, all SIM cards are dispatched with a SIM lock in place. A unique passcode will be provided once delivery is confirmed by the customer. This code is required to unlock and activate the SIM card once inserted in a phone.

5. PAC Code (Transferring Your Number)

If you are transferring the Gold Number to an existing contract or different SIM, a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) is required. We prioritize the immediate supply of this crucial code.

  • During the Day: PAC codes are generated and sent to you immediately once payment has cleared.
  • Overnight Orders: Orders placed overnight will receive their PAC code within 4 hours of the start of the next working day.

6. Special Arrangements for UK Arrival and Bespoke Service

  • Overseas Customer Service: If you are an overseas customer and require your SIM card or PAC code to be ready for you upon your arrival in the UK, we can make specific arrangements to facilitate this smooth transition. Please contact us directly at the time of purchase to discuss this service.
